Cancellation/Refund/Transfer Policy
All cancellations/refunds/transfer requests must be done in writing.
Transfer requests that move to an earlier seminar date will be billed the difference in the price. (Early registration price applies ONLY to the date registered for).
Payment plan deposits are non-refundable for any reason, but are transferable to a future Family Trees seminar.
Cancellations made 60 days prior to seminar will be refunded all but $100, or have the option to apply the entire fee to a future seminar. A $25 transfer fee applies.
No refunds will be given with less than 30 days written notice, but you may apply the seminar fee towards the registration fee for a future seminar. A $25 transfer fee applies.
It may take up to 30 days to process refunds.
